🌿 Session & Booking Policy

Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled directly through me. I do not offer self-scheduling, as I intentionally balance my work with family and other commitments. To request a session, please reach out via the Contact page, and I will respond as soon as I am able.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service for in-person sessions.
For virtual sessions, payment must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Check
Online payment (a $7 transaction fee applies to all online payments)

For virtual sessions, Zoom details will be sent after payment has been received, never before.

Group Readings

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure any group reading. This deposit will be applied toward your session as long as the appointment is not canceled.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to a future date, as it goes toward securing the rental space for that session.

Cancellations & No-Shows

I understand that life happens and appreciate respectful communication whenever possible.

First no-show: A non-refundable $25 deposit will be required to reschedule
Second no-show: A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to reschedule
Third no-show: I will no longer be able to schedule future appointments

All sessions are held with care, intention, and respect. I ask that you arrive open-hearted, grounded, and mindful of the time and energy being shared.
